- We’ll support HanesBrands associates, and those of our suppliers, through a broad range of programs including education, health & wellness and diversity and inclusion.
- We’ll support our communities focusing on the themes of Comfort, Inclusion and Health. We’ll encourage our associates to average at least eight volunteer hours a year.
- We aim to increase the number of people of color at the senior management level and above in the U.S. to 25% by 2025.
-
- We aim to maintain and grow the number of women at senior manager level and above to 50%.

- A 30% reduction in Scope 3 emissions.

From using less packaging to using more sustainable cotton – it’s not just what we make, it’s how we make it. By 2025, we aim to:
- Reduce packaging weight by 25%.
